Yesterday, they had Roseanne Barr as guest.. She looks fantastic. She has made a complete turnaround since her days with Tom Arnold and that whole time period. She bought a nut farm in Hawaii and has a boyfriend (Johnny) and seems to be very happy. I just couldn't believe the change in her. I guess I haven't seen her in a very long time.

Today, they had Starr Jones. Wasn't she fired from The View - and because of that, she made a statement (which took them all by surprise) that she wouldn't be back the next day... All this because the show was "going in a different direction". That was because Rosie O'Donnell was hired to replace Meredith Viera.... Such drama. Starr had gastric bypass (or some type of surgery for weight loss) and it looks to me as though she didn't drop that much weight. She has put on the pounds since her divorce.

Oh well - just thought I would pop in and give y'all the news just in case nobody knows about these two. ${#emotions_dlg.ohmy}$

I've seen Roseanne on commercials for a new comedy show. She does look fantastic.

love the view STILL and watch it daily......whether i am home or at work.

i will miss barbara walters (but i know around here i am in the minority).

I'll miss her too. I've been a fan of BW for years and years. She opened the door for women in News. She put up with a lot of junk from males, in the business, in her early years. Quite a woman!

Roseanne seems to be a very angry, bitter woman....she does not sound very well-educated and she is so vulgar she could make Joan Rivers blush. The View is something I watched one time.....more than enough for me.

I don't think anyone could make Joan Rivers blush. LOL She is probably Roseanne's mentor.
