I can see Texas.....at least in the San Antonio/Austn area, the cost of living is affordable, housing costs are reasonable, and healthcare is a booming industry.........

It is more affordable to buy a home here in Texas and we have no State Tax.
Plus we have lots of room and a few days of each of the four seasons. Granted one day maybe sandal weather and the next day you may need boots.
