@beckyb1012.  It depends on where is was going.  People taking walks in the desert often take guns to shoot rattlesnakes.   Some people routinely take a gun with them when they drive having had a road rage experience.

I'm not quite ready to go down the conspiracy rabbit hole but it certainly raises some questions.

Sounds like there were three that walked away while carrying a firearm but no personal phone, unless they had an unknown not previously used burner phone on them. That can give you pause.

Is it possible some occupations eventually trigger some mental health event?

Considering the number of scientists and other coworkers in the field is this statistical a high number of missing? Don't know what to think and trying to keep an open mind.

Well, first, any families that were reluctant to say something will be coming forward. 

To check on everyone in that field, I can't imagine anyone could make all the phone calls.  Probably too many scientists.  

Who's to say this hasn't happened, sending emails to and asking for a response?     Relevant professional organizations and other affiliations could be quietly checking on members.

Agree. This is current. Epstein is dead. Time to let go. The saga is past its sell by date. One wonders how many names can be dragged through the mud, legitimately or not, before some people are satisfied... It happend, it was awful, move on...
