The mental midget told authorities he thought he was on a "legal" site.

This has been an ongoing investigation, with very serious charges against him. No matter what ridiculous statements he made, I hope that people will come forward with any new information.

Dump them on an uninhabited island, from which there is no escape, and leave them to it.  Survive or perish.

@BoopOMatic   Isn't that the island off Venezuela, I think.  People are prohibited from going there.  I read you are never standing more than 3 feet from a deadly snake anywhere on that chunk of land.
