The Scott Petersen Case

Just wondering why Scott Petersen was convicted and put on death row (I believe) with circumstantial evidence only.

I think this case had even MORE things pointing to Casey then that they had on Petersen, and yet this jury didn't even convict her of child abuse....IMO they didn't take the time or put in the thought on anything the prosecution said, it is so obvious.

It sickens me but I know I have to let go of this....she'll get hers
