The Q Is Getting Ridicious! They Credited My Account On A Jacket That

I ordered and never received. I forgot I ordered it and today I get an email that they received my return package. AND they took out for return shipping and handling! Nice...I am going to have to call them and explain and get my s&h credited back. Geez. I am wondering if someone else got it and returned it? I got someone else's item a couple of weeks ago.
