We have a clubber spaniel, Lab mix, a beagle mix ..a Yorki-mix and a Heinz 57. And yes they are beautiful. We call them our five pack.

Finally getting caught up here. We have had very cold temps the last week. Furnace decided to get fritzy right in the middle of it but all is good now.

Happy Saturday! Am watching the first agility championship at Westminster on Fox sports 1. A little Papillion won the 8"" group. All the dogs in that group were pure breeds but there will be some none pure breeds in some of the other classes. Really impressed watching these dogs handle the course!

Happy Sunday! It's been kind of a quiet week here in the Pet Chat. I think everyone must be exhausted from _now shoveling... yeesh... what a winter!

MoJo, I certainly jinxed myself saying how pretty that dusting was the other day - the next day we got almost a foot dumped on us. It was not pretty. We are blessed with a wonderful neighbor though, who snowblowed the driveway before I got home so I am very grateful. (and there was still plenty for me to shovel - and again the next morning, yikes!)

Matty, Westminster is on Mon. from 8-11 on CNBC and Tues. 8-11 on USA Network.

Just an aside, I know a lot of folks do not like dog shows, breeders and the AKC. I can understand a lot of people's concerns and agree with a great many of them. That being said, I do enjoy watching all the different kinds of dogs during the show and the commentary about them.

Happy Sunday evening to all the pet lovers here and their four legged furry friends. Hero is sending deaf white boxer hugs and kisses to all his buddies. He still misses Mikey the pillow eating dobie! I wonder where LuvsDobes went to. If your out there, come back and say hi and let us know how you are doing.

Hero hasn't been happy with all the darn snow we're having. It's hard to walk in it and he has trouble finding places to poop!!! LOL

Hope everyone is surviving this awful winter. Sure hoping that groundhog was wrong and it will be over sooner than later. Everyone's had enough.

Back to work tomorrow. Have a good week everyone. Kiss the kids for us!!
