The media has this event so over-done. For those of you living elsewhere, it's the closure of a freeway artery (the 405)for two days and some hours. This freeway is popularly traveled for those who want to go south to the westside or north to the neighboring areas. Folks are asked to stay home or take alternate routes (which makes sense) IF they have to travel north/south.
We had plans for a music performance, a dinner/dance event, a vendor show/lunch, and some shopping. We will stay home and get some needed sleep, and local errands done. we will weather the vent just fine.
How will you deal with this event if at all?
