The Hands Off Dog Training DVD

Has anyone here on this forum used "The Hands Off" dog training system. The trainer uses a clicker and rewards. I just watched the free video that teaches the 11 wk. old dog to go to his mat in approx. 5 mins. That is one smart dog, or is it really that easy? Some reviews or remarks appreciated. Thanks!
