IM 90 and so far, so good. Getting ready to take the dog I am sitting for a neighbor for a two mile walk.  Still do my exercises, clean my own house, do my yard work and exercises.  I think the latter is what kept and keeps me strong.  No one in my family has lived this long.

I was never a health nut, did everything wrong according to today's standards, but did exercise all my life and still do.

I have been dog sitting for the last three weeks and we walk everyday 2 miles.  Just very blessed.
