Well I took the plunge against my better judgement and ordered this item, even though I know it is WAY overpriced. I have to vac my floors every single day due to my two kitties and their fur. Have been looking for a cordless with good suction - this one has it. BUT there are some serious negatives here. I am amazed that this company designed something like this. You have to compress the trigger switch constantly while you are using the vac. There is no ON/OFF option. I have arthritis in my hands, although not severe, and am in pain by the time I am finished using this. And they advertise 15 minutes of power on a full charge. Not so. I get 10 - 12 minutes. And I am not using the "max" setting at all. I am on the fence about sending it back on my own dime. I am sure it will be used but all in all it's not what it should be for the money.
