I think the smell of it cooking is a warning.I'll check into that, Noel. My husband only orders it maybe twice a year though. When I first tried WW after my first son was born, weekly liver and onions was strongly recommended. Yuk.
We had an ongoing, friendly debate at work about the wisdom of eating liver. That topic could make an entirely new thread. I don't like the taste, I've tried it several different ways, and my DH really was anti-eating-liver, so it became a non-issue.

I think it's the brain and spinal material plus any organ but not muscle meat.........................raven

We get our supermarket fruits and vegetables from around the world, meat, fowl and fish from Asia, hormone injections, filthy conditions, etc. Do I believe if a piece of meat hit the floor behind closed doors in a supermarket, or if he scratches his nether regions, the butcher will wash it? H$#^ no!
Can we trust you not scratch your nethers when you prepare your meals ?
Absolutely, nothing gets scratched while I'm preparing a meal.
I'm no old lady living in a shoe and I don't trust food producers.

With all the cut-backs in inspections, you're wise to be wary.
