Does this help with upper arms? Such as tightening up. Thanks for the info.

I have both the shorter ones and the regular one and they are great. I have nerve damage in my arms and had to quit using heavier dumbells and now can only do up to 15 lbs. They have kept my muscle tone from years and working out with weights. I do exert a lot of pressure to get them to flex. I also have arthritis in my fingers and wrists and they actually strengthened them. This is the only workout that I have consistently done for about 20 years. The rest of my workouts vary. When I broke my ankle I still was able to workout with them. It sure does help with the upper arms and all areas of the arms, back, core and even leg muscles.

I was watching QVC when they were presenting this. My DH walked in and told me not to even think about it. He said he could totally see me hitting myself in the head with it.
