Three times I wrote answers to posts and three times they were no longer there when I hit submit.

I am posting it anyway and it can then be poofed but at least it got posted this time.

RR and her smoking neighbor. You can't do anything legally I do not think as she is in her right INSIDE her own apt but hopefully your landlord will make it right and help fix the hole to your satisfaction.

That and look into Hud compliant complexes in your area they also usually are subsidized and therefore much cheaper in rent.

I would be more concerned about my unborn grandchild and second hand smoke.

As for the other thread. I was not a defender per say but with evidence it is how it is looked at and everybody interprets things their own way.

As for what happened today - I think him getting a divorce and in that instance things often turn ugly. I am not worried about his marital woes. She married him, she is not that dumb not to not know what she married so it is what it is. I think we will eventually hear more of what actually happened and not headlines.
