Re: That Argon Tree Must Be Huge!

Josie and Adrienne must be fighting over that lone tree they always show.

Re: That Argon Tree Must Be Huge!

[ Edited ]

Maybe all argan trees look pretty much the same?  Kinda like an oak tree?

Argan doesn't work for me really, but I know it does for others.  What I mean by *work* is, they get great hydration from products with argan oil.

I get the best results (hydration=less wrinkling) from using rosehip seed oil.  I use it on my neck as that is the only place that is starting to show aging.  It's instantaneous.  I've tried argan, maracuja, marula, coconut, avocado.  They just *lay* on the skin-- for me.  Oily and no results.  I know other women--their skin just drinks it up.

But I get what you're saying about the 'tree'.

I always wonder that about cows.  How many cows are there in this world to make all the milk, cheese, sour cream, creamer, ice cream---in just your super market alone?

Then times that by all the supermarkets in your neighborhood, your county, your state, the country, the world!

!!!

poor cows

Oops, I've digressed, haven't I?  Beg your pard'n!

I just can't watch!!!  Constantly slathering on her products is just too much.  She is probably a lovely person  but I just can't stand the presentations.

@Annabellethecat66

I've often wondered if she and Adrienne from HSN are fighting for the same Argon tree since Adrienne has a line using the argon oil.

I imagine them out in the desert going at it over those nuts or whatever they are Cat LOL

Re: That Argon Tree Must Be Huge!

Remember the important step in the manufacturing process of Argan Oil.

The goat must first eat the fruit including the seed and then the women on the ground wait for it to drop out of his digestive track.

The seed is now ready to be crushed for its oil.

The seed apparently cannot be extracted from the fruit but must first be eaten by a goat.

When Josie says it's organic I think that's what she means.

@Witchy Woman You made me laugh out loud at the vision of those two.  If it was anyone other than Adrienne I'd say the younger one would win.

However, I don't think Adrienne would have gotten as far in life as she has by being a wall flower!  Ha!

Re: That Argon Tree Must Be Huge!

I have always wondered, does it take 14 years for each fruit/nut to grow, or does it take 14 years for the tree to start growing fruit and then it continues to do so?
