I got that email this morning too. Think it is very nice of them to do that. I only had one auto-delivery that was supposed to ship and didn't, so no mystery as to what product they were talking about.

@Icegoddess - I also had PTR Retinol on a previous A/D that was due to ship today. I just did "Skip Shipment" on that one and ordered the new A/D since it's good for five years.
I ordered it ahead of the on-air presentation, so my new order is out for delivery today. I'm sure, if there's any issue with your A/D the Social Team will be able to help you out, since this item is still available for something like $119 (and change, as they say).
@Venezia I didn't know what the exact shipment date was on the day it was a TSV and didn't think to check. I just checked again and they have moved my ship date until tomorrow but they have also added in the next shipment (2023) since I had written down when I originally ordered it that the AD was for 5 years. Others here seemed to think it was only 2 deliveries so I was 2nd guessing myself, but then I heard Shawn say 5 years when she was presenting the TSV at midnight, so I thought maybe I was right to begin with.
I'm going to trust them to do what the order system says and ship my product in the next day or so. The current deal is $5 more. Besides, whenever I try to monkey with things, I tend to mess them up.

@rms1954 - Have you had any A/D items that were delayed or cancelled? If so, they may be sending out the emails in batches and you'll get yours. None of us know who's been affected by this situation.

@Icegoddess - I was one of the ones who thought the previous A/D was only for two years. That's why I went with this one, when I heard Shawn say it was for five years.
I'm sure, from what you've said, that you'll get yours as scheduled.

@Venezia if they do the same deal next year, I'll extend it the way you did although, with inflation, I'm guessing next year it'll be more money, so you're ahead of the game.

I got the email, too. Only thing is that I don't have any current auto deliveries. Last one I had was back in June 2020, and I cancelled it.
