@SeaMaiden  That is amazing.  SO SMART!   You deserve it ...  and how smart they are to recognize that they can turn a not so good situation into a very good one!  I'm sure it was completely unexpected.

I got this E-mail, but no mention of what product I won't be getting.  I'm only on AD for a couple and both are stilll listed as shipping in the next few days.  If it's the PTR Retinol I'm gonna be really mad since they just had it as a TSV and I could've cancelled and gotten the TSV.  I didn't because I was afraid I would end up getting both of them since I knew it was shpping at any time.  Existing orders should take precedence over new orders especially if it's at the same price.

Oh well, maybe he'll do it again next year at a good price.

I also want to thank QVC for the $10 credit for my Q card anniversary. So surprised! Used it immediately on some TALL pants from Renee.

Nice!

I had no idea they still had records of our cards.

Used to be fun to call in.

I got the $25 credit too and appreciate it very much.  I have to be careful what I use it on so it is not another return.  I have had too many of those lately.

For the first time ever, I can say I also got this email!

Mine doesn't indicate which A/D has been cancelled.  I did have two cancelled a while ago, so it could be either of those.

Remember everyone who gets this, you only have 60 days to use it.  I agree it's a nice, and very unexpected, gesture.

@Icegoddess - I also had PTR Retinol on a previous A/D that was due to ship today.  I just did "Skip Shipment" on that one and ordered the new A/D since it's good for five years.

I ordered it ahead of the on-air presentation, so my new order is out for delivery today.  I'm sure, if there's any issue with your A/D the Social Team will be able to help you out, since this item is still available for something like $119 (and change, as they say).
