I know this is O/T but it gets more hits over here. I am making my normal desserts for Thanksgiving but I have a couple of people coming that love chocolate and caramel so I am making this. What do you think? The video is only a few minutes, and I thought this looked pretty good.

I've actually had this dessert at the Lovin Oven.
It is extremely rich.

Do you think it is too rich? What did you think of the taste. I am not a big chocolate fan so it is hard for me to tell what chocolate desserts others would like. Would I just be better off with a cake in your opinion?

If your guests love chocolate, caramel and rich desserts, this fills the bill.
I am a dessert eater but I could only eat a little bit. It is VERY rich. I could not eat it after a Thanksgiving feast.

A nice simple chocolate mousse would be divine after a big dinner. If you want to make it more elaborate and attractive, use mousse in a Death by Chocolate recipe, layered in a glass compote.

It looks like a very rich dessert. After a heavy Thanksgiving meal, I tend to opt for lighter (not in calories) desserts. What about some sort of chocolate mousse torte? Whip cream seems to make a dessert feel lighter.

I think it will be a hit. Out of the ballpark
I love chocolate and caramel together.
BTW, just to let people know. Trader Joe's has a pecan pie ice cream this year. If they had it before, I didn't know, but I do know they have an incredible pumpkin ice cream people love.
Irsh... I hope you're doing well

This is a very easy no bake dessert. Ina's Micha Icebox cake. I used lady fingers (Italalian crispy) instead of cookies since that was what I had on hand. I did a quick dip in coffee ala tiramisu. Easy and light.
