Many thanks PittsburghPa for posting this....

I wish to all thank everyone for the help I may have received as I know what a blessing it is to receive help, and then to also extend my hand, and support others during their time of need.

I truly hope we all are there for someone when they need us, and in our time of need receive help from others, when we need them.

This month marks the third anniversary of the death of my beloved husband of 45 years, and 2 weeks later to the day my beloved Mother died unexpectedly. Those were the last 2 deaths I experienced. I could never begin to explain the grief and pain as well as the huge hole in my heart I felt when those last 2 precious members of my immediate family died.

If I have learned anything in life from all these tragic experiences especially after losing my entire family and all my relatives, I know that all that really matters for me is my strong religious beliefs which offer me hope, sustain me, comfort me with wisdom and strength.

Secondly is love.....love of family, relatives, and true friends, as that love is something we carry in our memories and hearts forever.

Lastly is our memories, because they also dwell within each of us, sustain us, and are very precious.

The truth is when we depart this life all we take is religious beliefs, our love for others, and our life long memories........all of which shall burn brightly as we each walk through the next open door.

I too have had the prayers and help from people in this community. How nice of you to thank them. Sometimes just a word of encouragement goes a long, long way. You must be an awesome person.

Many thanks for your kind words, and wedding congratulations!

I always try to extend a hand to those in need, and it makes me realize why God has still kept me here....which is to try and help others as I walk his pathway of earthly life.

Unfortunately I have had many grief journeys in my life, but the last 2 were 2 weeks apart, and they were the most devastating for me. Losing my husband and then 2 weeks later losing my Mom were almost too much to mentally and physically bear. It was and still is a process which will always be with me.

Now I have finally come to the realization that when a door closes a new one opens, and many times the surprise inside may be a wonderful gift from above.

That is what I received when I met my 2nd husband. A second chance to continue to grow, help others, and have someone to share my life with.

May your life continue to be enriching dear friend, and please know my blessings are included for your kindnesses.

God will truly bless those with compassion both here and elsewhere; after all that is His Heart. From what I have read of your comments, AdoreQVC you are that kind of gal! Extending my heartfelt thanks too, to all of those in this community who never fail to reach out and try to uplift others, including myself. Many times you've helped me through hard times and dark days just through my reading here. I have also learned so much valuable information here from those who are generous enough to share, including technical support.
