We read a lot of negatives about QVC and their customer service but they quickly resolved my log in problems today. Since Sat I have been getting a error message when trying to log into the QVC home page or the forums page. Kept getting a I error message saying that "A Error was encountered". Sometimes I could get in other times not. I called CS about it yesterday and was to.d they were having computer problems. Today I could not get in at all. I called CS and they said that would let the tech people know. Not 10 minutes later the phone rang and it was a QVC supervisor with a tech support person on the other line. They had me try to log in using both my IPAD and Firefox on my laptop. Could not get in using either. they then had me give then some tech jargon from View page on Firefox and then had me clear my cache. Bingo problem solved! The are crediting me with $25.00 for my inconvenience even though it was really my problem not theirs. I am impressed. Good job QVC!
