Quickly I'll tell you -- I flew w/a handicapped friend (evening flight) out of Philadelphia w/ southwest airlines.

Well - the service was HORRIBLE!!! And she is totally unable to walk YET there was no one including the counter person(s) to assist us, had to leave our luggage outside to "find" a wheelchair (even after asking for assistance), and the whole thing was a terrible mess...

Anyway, thank you to those who have posted it is important to file complaints when service is not satisfactory. I did write a letter to SW with all the players names, times, flights, etc. and OMG today we received vouchers for our inconveniece. I was shocked!

I would never had written this letter to complain (as I was fuming and had really never done this before to a large company) ~ so I'm glad I did!
