Re: Thai Cave Rescue, Part 2

According to the New York Post, the four rescued were the following named children:

The four young soccer players rescued from a Thai cave Sunday included the team’s goalie and a boy who didn’t even play with them but joined the group that day to be with his pal.

Officials identified the rescued boys as Mongkol Boonpiam, 13, Nattawut Thakamsong and Prajak Sutham, both 14 and Pipat Bodhi, 15, according to reports.

I honestly think the Thai Media/Government is keeping a lot

of info close to the chest until it’s 100% complete.

Is what they are saying accurate?

Maybe; maybe not.

Logically I know what we hear/read is one thing,

but I’m so emotionally involved w/ the story,

I can’t help but follow! I’m kinda/sorta glad tomorrow

is a weekday.  At this point, as long as everyone, including divers,

comes away from this alive, that’s good for me..I don’t need

all the detail...or do I?? Ha  #NewsJunkie

I really do think they will tell us something/everything

when they’re ready to tell us.

Media complaints
Thai rescue officials have complained about some of the media coverage of the rescue mission. Officials have accused the media of hacking police radios and publishing incorrect information.

Re: Thai Cave Rescue, Part 2

It's true that little/conflicting information has been reported.  Here reporters would have been all over it...the hospital personnel would have been presenting press conferences regarding the health of the boys rescued.  I still read conflicting information as to whether the weakest/strongest boys were released first, apparently one news station reported yesterday that the coach was already rescued!  Yes, it has been a roller coaster ride regarding the press, but I certainly can't understand any criticism of the rescue efforts.

We just care that this miraculous rescue is taking place and successful with the exception of the devastating unfortunate death of the navy seal.  So glad the rescue has moved ahead.

Re: Thai Cave Rescue, Part 2

If they can only bring four people out at a time due to only so many oxygen tanks, will the Coach have to remain by himself for twelve hours?  I hope they're able to bring him out tomorrow morning with the next group.
