Texting While Driving

Does your State have an anti texting while driving law in place? My state DOES NOT have one.

We lost a friend (in death) this morning and three others were badly injured when they were struck by a driver (at a high rate of speed) while texting.

All four women were 65 plus, two were thrown thirty feet, broken bones, limbs ripped from bodies all because the driver wouldn't pull over to communicate with someone else.

We shouldn't have to have a law in place in order for people to do the correct thing.

Don't use your cell phone in any manner while driving....please.
