They are reporting that 129 have died and 170+ are still missing. They had to stop searching this morning due to the weather. What a tragedy for Kerrville to have lost so many.

@katie1859  I've heard about what you wrote about.  It is from those in N. CA who know about the manipulation of weather.  It does happen.  

Ever hear of the HARP program up in Alaska - it is a way to manipulate also. 

I don't buy into climate change but I do feel it is those who are purposely manipulating things without any conscienc as to who or what gets hurt or destroyed.

I am so proud of how my Governor and Texas communities from all over have handled this horribly devastating disaster. And thank you to those from other states who have helped the Texas Hill Country disaster
