Re: Technology Hits The Cemetery

Honestly, I really don't give a dahm when someone is pushing up the daisies.  I wouldn't spent the time or any money.  I figure it was important to know and interact with them when they were alive. When the father-in-law passed away, my sisters-in-law didn't help pay for the burial or any expenses.  Theyu didn't want to attend the small service either.  No way would a fancy headstone be paid for or wanted.

I believe the picture is not a real gravestone. The QR code is a much smaller plaque.

Personally I would like a pyramid for myself.🙂

Basically, (Gee, I haven't used that word in years.....),

If a much smaller code could be placed at the lower right or left side, it's a good idea.

It's always nice (imo) to see the name and year date on a headstone.  Maybe a few small flowers or birds or whatever the deceased loved.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

@San Antonio Gal   I have no idea.

This was on Facebook along with a discussion.  Some mentioned perhaps, in time you, could use a code and a hologram of the person buried there would appear.

Re: Technology Hits The Cemetery

The QR codes I’ve seen in the US are very small & discrete.
