And some people, including myself, shop there 10x more because of their social issues stance

I have no idea what social stance others are posting about and quite frankly I do not want to know. Right now I am exhausted with the constant bickering within our country.

I shop at both Target and Walmart, during the Pandemic, I went to Target frequently. I am close to a Super Target, and the store carried products that I wanted/needed.

I would definitely say that I have switched more to shopping at the Walmart Super Center by me due to their pricing, and you can quite literally walk into their store and purchase just about anything. When I am too lazy to walk into the store, I take full advantage of their curbside pickup which is excellent.

Next week, I will hit Costco for a few items that I like to purchase in bulk. I wish the best of luck to all retailers large or small in the current environment that we have. As a consumer, I will continue to look for quality items at decent pricing.

And some people can't fathom supporting a business that allows men in women's dressing rooms especially when kids may use them, too.

I can understand that.  Stuff like that can go either way.  It makes it difficult to get a true understanding of the numbers, or maybe one will offset the others.  Lol, you can tell I'm not a stats person.

Such a shame. This thread has headed south and now will get poofed and I thought my shopping for bras comment was so cute.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

I was just at Target. The dressing rooms are single stall that lock and the walls go from floor to ceiling. There could have been a goat in the next room and I wouldn't have known. Fact

@stevieb Seriously? No I didn't expect Target to shut down for me! But they made a pretty penny off the pandemic. Target is about Target, not the customer....everything Target does is for Target and the shareholders. Period. So glad you get the warm fuzzies from them, I don't. They can take the bad now that they had the good, and at so many others expense.

Why would anyone think Target should have shut down? To many they were a convenient life saver selling everything from baby products to Depends, Tide to motor oil, light bulbs to pet food. Plus they had quick and efficient curbside pickup that didn't require scheduling weeks a head of time. Simple same day pickup.

Yes, as with any business they implemented things to make money. That's the mission of a business. They realized a customer's needs and tried to fill it. I, for one, am glad they did.  Plus they provided an income for those wishing to work.

I think people wishing for Karma may often find themself the recipient.
