The CEO of Target has resigned after "Extensive discussions with the BOD". he was the CEO,during the data breach and evidently it was resign or we throw you out on your ear. Don't feel bad for him though usually these type of resignations are accompanied by a boat load of --$$$.

It's too bad. I wonder how many other head honchos resigned? I would think the head of their IT department bit it too.....

Neiman's had the breach as well. Wonder if their CEO will step down. And recently it came out that Michael's also had a breach that went on for a very long time before it was made public.

Beth Jacob, CIO, resigned months ago - March.

No sympathy from me for their resignations.
