I ordered one pair, found out my state required them to charge me tax, and they sent me the correct shoe in the wrong color.  I detest returns, so I kept the shoe!

Could you please explain the thought process behind that? Return shipping is free and not really a hassle.

I have had to return shoes before and the shipping is free both ways but you do have to us UPS.  Thankfully we have a store just a few blocks from where we live.   I have a narrow foot so options are limited.  They have a decent selection of shoes in my width but their prices aren't any better than local retailers.  I just have a hard foot to fit.

I have a narrow foot also and usually have good luck at Shoemall and Marmi.

Ordered from Amazon yesterday am and my items arrived around 7 last nite.  Not bad!!

I ordered some things from Duluth Trading Company and it's taking a very long time.  Ordered on the 19th of Nov and delivery not expected until Dec 7.  Everything was in stock so make sure if you are ordering Christmas gifts you give them plenty of time.
