Taking a Women's Self Defense Class Tonight

My friend asked me to sign up for this class with her. Since I'm in and out of other people's homes on a regular basis and in a lot of unfamiliar neighborhoods I think it's a good idea.

It's being held by a couple of ex-police officers. Should be pretty interesting. Personally, I'm looking forward to kicking some guy's behind! LOL! Before you hasten to tell me I have issues, I'll totally agree (just ask my husband and his friends)!

Has anyone else taken a class like this?
