About 10 days ago, I did an "order again" on two previously received items. The first "order again" was for two tubes of Refresh PM eye ointment and I received one tube. The second "order again" was for a package of four combs and I received one comb. Yes, I've contacted Amazon. This makes me angry. Their "order again" should be for exactly the previous order. Grrrrrrrrr

@MamaWick That's really odd. Someone in the fullfillment center really messed up.

The software probably wants you to adjust the quantity from the default of one in case you don't need that many the second time to cut down on returns, chargebacks and product loss.

@Laura14 Bingo! When I re-order something I just go back to the original product page and place a new order.

That's maddening, for sure. I think this happens sometimes because they have changed the product page since the last order. Different supplier, different quantity, etc. I've avoided 'order again,' for this reason.

@Laura14 The Refresh PM ointment was originally packaged as two tubes and the combs were sold as a four pack.

I never use "order again". I go to the page where the exact item is shown and look at others because of the prices. Yes, as another reply states, you need to adjust your order quantity if you use order again. Pay attention!

I can see where this is going. You put down four combs and you end up with sixteen. It's their error, not yours.

My brother bought a few bags of ginger tea for about $32. Next time he check "order again" and received one bag at $32. Of course they refunded his money and told him to keep the one bag.
