Even though they are silver...they just aren't the same.

I think this TSV is super overpriced.  I bought ones for my niece, similar at Kohls for $14.99 each.  They look identical.  The probably aren't silver at Kohls, but they look the same.

Bought these last year when they were a TSV in December; all gifts.  Sent all back but 1 set due to them being nothing but junk. Embarrassing when it's a gift and then find out the charms have fallen off; the wires have snapped; the bands have stretched out..... JUNK.

Well I do. I own one Alex and Ani and frankly the quality of these are so much better. First off, I can actually adjust the bracelet and it maintains the adjustment. My Alex and Ani is so thin and flexible that isn't possible. Plus for basically the same price I'm getting sterling silver. I took the initial charm off my bracelet and put it on another one and replaced it with a James Avery charm and it looks really nice. My only complaint about these is that the themes are not unique, it's just the same old same old.

I don't know how you're able to adjust this bracelet.  I've had one over a year.  When I squeeze it so its smaller, it immediate returns to the original size when released.  I also don't know how you removed the charm without destroying either it or the bracelet.

Maybe it's because I make jewelry but it's extremely simple. The charms are only attached with jump rings, you just cut the jump ring and the charm comes off. I used another jump ring I had and attached the charm to another traditional charm bracelet. As for adjusting the bracelet, it's harder to explain in words than to show someone but basically you squeeze the top and bottom on both sides to that it slightly bends and holds the shape you want. That is the beauty of these, the sterling silver wire of the bracelet is the right gauge to be both flexible enough to shape where you want it to but to also hold that shape if you bend it correctly. There are probably you tube videos that make it easier to understand so you can see it in action.  I made mine the perfect shape so that the top with the charm always stays on the top of my arm and the bracelet doesn't spin.
