I think they're very nice but too expensive for what you actually get.

@nana59 I make fine jewelry both in silver and gold. The trick to keep silver tarnish free is to store it in a plastic bag like a ziplock. When I go buy silver in the jewelry district all the dealers store silver in plastic bags. It's so simple yet I didn't realize this until I made my own jewelry.
This is how I store all my jewelry items and raw materials also. I no longer have to polish any of my silver items. Best in a airtight bag as much as possible.

I just tuned into Gemporia jewelry site/satation from the U.K.and they have a cultured pearl and white topaz, sterling silver bangle for, $19.99
$4.95 s/h PER DAY, no matter how many items you buy.

Thanks for taking the time to pass along this info.....I'll definitely pass it along to my daughter who has a lot of sterling.....

Keep them in a plastic bag and they don't tarnish as quick. They are nice and if I had not had to pay for the divorce I could have one.

I have 6 of these bracelets I wear with my Alex and Ani bangles and wraps. I have had them for under a year, and they are very shiny, like new.

The secret to keeping silver tarnish-free is to wear them....a lot. Right now I'm wearing 9 bracelets, several Indian-made I've had for over 25 years, a couple of Carolyn Pollack bangles, a Q link bracelet that's old, the expandable bracelet with the initial and a bangle set all around with turquoise. I wear these 24/7. Not a single one of these has ever been polished.

I like these types of bracelets but I can't afford to spend that much right now. They are lovely though.
I have one from a company that is well known but it is not silver and it is a fraction of the cost and it is my understanding that some of the profits go to charity.
They have these knock-offs every where now.
Just like the Pandora and Troll style bracelets, they always get knock-offs. I love my Troll bracelet and spent a fortune on it. But now the copies are sold for pennies. Oh, well.
But on the other hand, it makes it nice so that everyone can afford to have a similar one if they want it.
I do have a problem with silver tarnishing though. I have quite a lot and can't wear all of it all the time. I got out a pair of nice silver hoop earrings the other day and they were really bad.

I don't know a single person who would want these vs. Alex & Ani.
Even though they are silver...they just aren't the same.
