1.   Trust takes years to build, seconds to break, and forever to repair.

2.   To be trusted is a greater compliment than being loved.

3.   Breaking someone's  trust is like crumbling up a perfect piece of paper.  You can smooth it over but it's never going to be the same.

4.   Trust starts with trust and ends with truth.

5.   The best way to find out if you can trust someone is to trust them.

7.   Trust has to be earned, and should come only after the passage of time.

8.   Sometimes you don't know who you can trust and cannot trust. I still learn that over and over and over again.

9.   Trust yourself, you know more than you think you do.

10.   Only trust someone who can see these three things in you: the sorrow behind your smile, the love behind your anger, and the reason behind your silence.   

11.   You must trust and believe in people, or life becomes impossible.

12.   If you have three people in your life you can trust, you can consider yourself the luckiest person in the whole world.

Silver Lining, I think one can't help but be appreceated or loved if trusted.  To have someone you can trust is priceless.  I have a sister, son amd grandson who listen and if I say please don't share what we talked about, they don't unless they ask me first.  It is also one's responsibility to filter your thoughts.

@SandySparkles ...I just told another poster how I was getting tired of gathering and posting and was thinking of stopping.  Because of what she always says, that keeps me going.  Well, you are another one who gives me the inspiration to keep going no matter how tired I am of doing this.  You too say the most beautiful things in appreciation of my threads, how can I stop?  I can't.
