Cottonelle Comfort Care Soft. This was formerly called Cottonelle Extra Comfort Care. It's the one with purple packaging.

Highly absorbent. No lint. No itchiness from residue from the paper. Wipes really clean because it has subtle ripples you don't feel but help do the job. Thick enough. Does not irritate the area and is not abrasive. Does not break while using causing your fingers to poke through it as some others do. Does not clog. Strong. Soft. It's two ply. Septic and sewer safe. I buy a bulk package from Walmart or Amazon online.

@Mindy D  Your post is so convincing, I am going to test this against my beloved Quilted Northern! Woman Very Happy

We were Quilted Northern loyalists until noticing how nice the to at my in-laws home was. They only bought Cottonelle, so that is what we have been purchasing for years.

But just this weekend I decided I am going to look for a new favorite. The Cottonelle Mega rolls used to be so big and so wide they barely fit on my holder. Now, they are so little and so much narrower. I guess I'll have to bring my measuring tape to Target next time I am in need of tp.😀

I am amazed at all the Scott to enthusiasts. We used to refer to it as gas station tp--thin and scratchy.

@magicmoodz They make Mega rolls, which are thicker. They are currently supposed to be equivalent to four rolls. They make a Family Mega that's supposed to be equivalent to five rolls. They also make Super Mega rolls which are supposed to be equivalent to six rolls. Maybe you had one.

They keep changing how many sheets come in a roll. They have created their own math. I call it Toilet Paper Math. The other companies have done the same thing.

Did you need a TP roll extender to get it to fit in the holder?

This is what I've used for ages.  Did you notice that they recently came out with an even larger size than Mega?  It's called Super Mega and has over 400 sheets per roll.

@Tinkrbl44 @Yes, the Mega is equivalent to four rolls and the Super Mega is equivalent to six rolls. They also make a Family Mega which is supposed to equal five rolls. The other companies are doing the same thing.

The companies must have a laugh thinking how their math confuses customers.

Re: TP - ARE YOU BRAND LOYAL?

I just remembered that during the whole covid thing and TP stockpiling, there was a TOILET PAPER CALCULATOR that you could use to determine how much TP you actually used, and how much to buy.

It's rather accurate .... LOL.  Woman LOL

@Tinkrbl44 Do you notice that the rolls run out more quickly than they used to. A couple of years ago, they lasted longer.

Sams or Northern.  Since Civic public restrooms generally have horrid TP.  Some is so thin I have to keep pulling.
