My first three thoughts are:

Manchurian Candidate with Frank Sinatra

Guns of Navarone with Gregory Peck (I think)

An Affair to Remember with Cary Grant

Love reading all your favorites!

I have so many. I love Howard's End! One of the best.

Three oldies I could watch over and over again:

Mrs. Miniver

Mildred Pierce

It's tough to name three but American Beauty has always been one of my favorite movies.

There were quite a few good movies out this past year. I rented them on dvd. Did anyone see Philomena or Nebraska? Those two were really good.
