We dumped our landline phone years ago. I have never, ever received an unwanted phone call on my cell. Never. Woman Happy

        @BalletBabe, It won't stop all the calls but it will stop some of them from reputible entities who do observe the laws and policies.  So it's a good idea to register your number(s).   Unfortunately, there are many types of calls which are considered exceptions.    This is from the NDNC Registry website:

I am getting political or charitable phone calls everyday now.
