@Ifeelwicked I don't recall his wife dying? Jane used to write for Prevention Magazine. I always 'devoured' her articles.

@MacDUFF@newziesuzie...Thank you!...Yes, I'm very ecstatic to be here...lol... to be able to share my personal experience with all of you and for everyone to realize that we can perform the Heimlich maneuver on ourselves also...I'm just so amazed at how, in my obvious panic state, I even was able to think clear enough and act so quickly...a perfect example of that very strong survival instinct in all of us that just kicks in...I obviously performed it to perfection and must have given my diaphragm a really good thrust , as that ****** Werthers came flying out clear across the room and it only took one try!...LOL..I can joke a little about it now, as I have a tendency to use a little sense of humor after a stressful experience...Thank you, Dr. Heimlich!
