I just looked up "Ocular Albinism" . Those gorgeous blue eyes are associated with vision issues, sadly. I know a boy who has what his grandmother called "albino eyes". I assume it is a form of this condition. He is caucasian and his eyes are not blue like that but they do seem very dark.
