I watched the first episode of the season and it really bothered me to watch those kids. Especially Gia who essentially took on the role as mother. Joe is just such a loser. She walks in crying and he is sitting there on his phone. He should have been there at the door greeting her. I don't think she is innocent but I do think that Joe is the reason she was in jail. How many times have each of us signed papers our husband gave us because we trusted them?

forget the papers she signed......they lied in a court of law about their assets. both of them.....while this investigation and court case were going on. this was long AFTER she supposedly signed those papers. they lied and that is one of the reasons why their bankruptcy claim was reversed. they hid assets and lied about valuation. they didnt file tax returns for a number of years.....why wouldnt she know how much they made or how much they owed on taxes?

for me it was just the opposite.....if my husband and i had to sign anything i was responsible for reading them and getting him to sign. no way would i have had him sign documents that i did not believe were on the up and up.

she claims now that she was "naive" but that she is "naive no more."

Oh, I am not disagreeing with that one bit. I thinik she completely knew and is guilty of things even lying on later forms herself, that has been proven. I am talking about earlier forms that were signed. 

There are times my husband and I both have had lawyers look over forms, but it wasn't because either one of us doubted each other but more for clarity on some issues. I do believe he has had her sign things she had no idea about early on. I have no doubt about that. As things went on I know she knew and lied her butt off. For sure. I didn't mean to make it sound like that was the only reason she was in jail either but I believe he got her into things like this that grew over time. The one form that I am talking about in particular was the one that was supposed to be a loan with his partner. Most who are married would not think of calling the partner to question if he indeed was getting a loan with their husband. They may call a lawyer for other questions and hopefully read over it themselves as they should but unless you are suspicious of your husband in the first place and have no reason to question your husband or the legitimacy of the loan, many folks would not. I have signed literally literally hundreds of documents with my husband from insurance, banking, retirement, etc... and have read over every single one of them  but if he was trying to fool me he could have and even a lawyer if he wanted.

I did not see the interview but it was 100% planned. No other options. It was probably the one question that anyone would ask her. Publicity stunt.

Agreed...this is a simple fix with laser hair removal.  she's already had other cosmetic procedures done.  I would have started with this one, long before I had breast implants.

I lost interest in all those shows -- bizarre to me how they all fight like cats and then go on vacations, etc! 

And NO respect for any of the NJ ones anymore since the cast changed.  The Guidice kids are horrible and disrespectful spoiled brats made this way by their "money hungry" parents who got a slap on the wrist as far as I'm concerned! Certainly not real life situation for the average person!
