@Homedecor - I did get that screen but it wouldn't accept the full amount.  I don't understand why not.

last month I moved all remaining easy pays to my bank card and when I got the Synchrony bill I paid the balance in full with no problem.

I pay my credit card through my bank's bill pay function.  With that, the bank sends whatever amount you tell it to as the bank doesn't know your balance on outside cards.

@Scooty  I agree, you can't pay off your account entirely. I went round and round about this for three months as I keep getting new bills. I never thought about it when I did it, but let me say this. I WILL NEVER MAKE AN EASY PAY AGAIN IN MY LIFE   Not only will you never pay it off, but they have no way to let you know what you owe in total.  I felt like a total idiot when we went through the bill, I didn't understand anything , except their book keeping stinks. As our Pastor once said, there is not such thing asas an Easy payment, lol. In the end they sent me an inch thick copy of bill for previous year, it's too hard to follow the way they do it. I finally sent in way more than I think I owed. According to their books my easy pays amounted to 420 in total. I didn't argue I sent in a couple hundred more than they asked for.  After they got my payment, I guess they did an accounting and according to them they owed me over 800 bucks. They credited my account with this for a while,  since I don't buy much to use up the overpayment the other day I received a check from them   We are clear. I triple check each I time I purchase an item to make sure I pay in full.  I never want to be in a position not to be able to,pay in full and clear my account. I have a Q card since 1992, and have never had an issue or problem til now

Wouldn't it be easier to pay all your Easy Pays at the QVC website?

@shoekitty - wow that’s a mess. When we were getting paper copies mailed to us, I paid off most of my easy pay charges. There were about 4 I still owed money on. So the following month I got a credit on the bill. It didn’t show I still owed money. So I paid nothing that month. Next month it showed a ridiculous small amount was due. So I paid that. I could never figure out what they were doing so I paid what showed I was due every month till it was paid off. I agree that now I won’t use easy pay anymore. I only order occasionally and I’ll use my Mastercard.

I just checked my on-line synchrony bill and it shows $21.17 is due.  I have no idea what that is for.  Under order status on qvc it still shows I owe money.  Now to get a customer service rep on the phone.  Guess that's what I'll be doing today.

@shoekitty

See @TheMemphisVette post!

You have to go to your Q manage EZ pays....have all EZ payments billed now...

then you CAN pay off.

Sychrony isn't the error/problem.  We need to have all the EZ payments applied so Synchrony can bill you for them!

Thanks for your advice about managing easy pay. How come neither the Q CS agent nor the synchrony bank could tell me this. I spoke with both?  Geesh. I should have known better than to call company representatives,   I should  have  come to the source of all knowledge..HERE, LOL!   Thanks again!!!  .  If I had done that it would have saved me grief.  Lol. I can't believe this, and I have been with the Q since 1989. I got a credit card when they were first offered. But in those days easy pays were rare.
