@ROMARY And a million years later you’re still here!  😉

Seriously, another way of saying “moderation in all things.”

He meant activities @sidsmom. Exercising..

Thought you might be interested in his son ...another cardiologist. He is a plant based diet advocate. He seems to have a lot of info on his Insta-gram account. So it just proves even in the same family, doctors have different approaches.

@Trinity11

I saw the YouTube video of his son’s girlfriend while they were cooking.

It would be in the Dr’s best interest to adhere to that Plant Based Diet

before he has heart issues.  He’s clearly overweight.

And cooking bacon & hamburgers...stunned...a cardiologist be

eating this way.  Oof. My doctors are slim & trim.

Most doctors don’t care to make their patients well. Clearly this is one.

Preacher in da house. 🙄

It gets old.

Re: Susan Lucci

I don't know of any cardiologist who would advise staying home, being inactive, and changing your whole life. The idea after heart surgery is to become active and keep that heart rate going. Lethargy can cause heart problems.

I have to say that Susan looks fabulous at her age. The dress was gorgeous, but far too much for a tiny woman like Lucci. The dress wore her, and no wonder she fell in those shoes. Look how high they are. I would fall off them the minute I tried to take a step. Good lord.

I didn't know this.

"Susan Lucci recovering from heart surgery. ... Susan Lucci says she underwent the procedure to prevent a potentially deadly heart attackLucci says she's lucky to be alive. The surgery took place back in October after it was discovered that she had a 90-percent blockage in her heart's main artery."

I believe she stated (somewhere) that she felt that the blockage due to calcification in her arteries was due to heredity, in combination with stress.  Not an exact quote.  I believe the interview/article appeared on Yahoo, but not sure.  I'm guessing it's on several websites.  .

That's what prompted me to think about moderation in general, including stress.

As usual, It's just something that popped into my mind.

I've been a fan of SL from the beginning.  AMC, etc.

Extremely talented, and blessed with a wonderful husband and family.

Wishing her well and safety.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).
