I don't remember the details, Pqfan, but lucky for Jill I like her. I got the email shortly after I purchased something from a show she had hosted.

I got the survey via email today, and just filled it out. It was about one recent purchase, an Isaac Mizrahi dress that I love.

There were about 8 questions, most of them pertaining to shipping and packaging, which I had to give low scores to. The dress came in the typical plastic bag, and was all twisted and balled up when I took it out. But the dress is machine washable, so I washed and dried it, and now it's all good. For that reason, I said I would "definitely" make a purchase like this again.
