Today i got a call from a qvc rep asking me about my recent purchase and how long it took to ship and then a survey about qvc in general. Did anyone else get a call from them?

She asked me about a specific item. Also she wanted to know what i liked and disliked. She got an earfull

No but I don't answer calls that are unrecognizable.

The phone number came up as qvc. I thought they were gonna ask me about my account.

No...but if it didn't say QVC I wouldn't have answered a solicitor call.

The only QVC inquiries I get are via e-mail and it is only about a certain item that I have recently purchased. I have gotten these quite frequently, and sometimes before I have even taken my item out of the plastic bag and had a chance to see it or try it on. Those I don't respond to. But usually do the others. They need to know the truth about the merchandise they are selling and how much the customers like or dislike what they have purchased.
