Read an article that talked about how people are getting so tired of being asked to respond to surveys, especially when dealing with online retailers and service providers.

I seem to get requests ALL the time. In the beginning, I used to take the time to fill some of them out, depending on who sent it. But now I mostly delete them.

Every time I contact my insurance company or a utility company I get a follow up email asking me to rate my experience. I get these things from banks, credit card companies, online stores, and all kind of other places.

I find, too, that many times when I'm calling for customer service from a company I do business with, they want me to complete a "quick" survey at the end of the call. I say no.

The article questioned whether the info gleaned from these surveys ever really makes a difference or helps a company do things better.

Do you think most people these days take the time to provide all the info and feedback requested?
