An online article was about surfers excited for the waves that will be generated by Hurricane Irene.
If people go out in hurricane/tropical storm conditions and subsequently require rescuing do they have to reimburse for their rescue services?
I think they should. When there is so much warning and they Deliberately go out for a thrill it should be at their own risk - not the risk of rescue workers' lives.
