I can see if you spend over a certain $$ amount in one order then MAYBE the Q could offer free shipping but with the chance of people buying even more items that get returned-it could very well bump out for good those who return incessantly.
Phone calls-are they even doing that anymore?? I do not watch enough Q but those phone calls were nothing more than how much the customer loved the product (especially when presented for the first time-how does that work?)
If one doesn't want to hear about the personal lives of the hosts, then why would one want to hear about the personal lives of callers?

I cringe when I turn on and it is a two host tag team show. The product is lost in the dust and if there is a vendor, they are long forgotten.
I don't want to hear the non stop laughing. Nothing is that funny and I find it rude when they are laughing about a private joke. Just think how many more products could be shown in an hour if we didn't have to hear about the family updates, personal purchases, and their last vacations. We might also get more product info.

Seems to me like Qurate has no interest in being "updated."
Witness the recent example of going back to the late 1980s, early 1990s.

I would update their Website. There are numerous complaints and suggestions that have been made. Layout, popups etc. I just had the six shoppers have this in their cart pop up annoyance. Posters here have presented a lot of great ideas. A lot of shoppers don't watch and go directly on line and I do that more and more myself.
I find it to be slow compared to other on line ordering sites and have to go through a lot of steps and time to complete. If busy it gets overloaded. How many Free Ship days have presented Web issues? I sometimes having to start the ordering process over makes me want to not complete the order as becones unavailable. I have left an order incompleted for that reason.

People want to see more fashion with shape to it...not only boxy and baggy things. Some customers love that look....but having no other choices loses a big segment of viewers. Offering more current styles from Q owned brands like SG and Denim & Co. would make more people interested. Random, unfamiliar, high-priced brands can't possibly be very successful with the usual QVC customer.

Agree about the website, especially when the red banner "Hmm...something went wrong. Try again or call CS" pops up when trying to log in.
Overall it isn't much worse than some others.
Yet tried to order something the other day and although it was put in the cart I couldn't check out. "Hmm...something went wrong. Please call CS etc."
I figured "something went wrong". LOL
