Well you could alleviate the problem and go to the store to return all the items or shop the real store instead of the mail order.

Sometimes I think people just look for things to complain about. In the grand scheme of things is it really that important?

In my line of work ..I see so much that we take for granted and others would not know what to do with..I try and remember that and stuff like this let go.

That's fine because they get all of mine. It's the closet grocery to me plus I can get all my gardening and hardware supplies all in one trip. The store is clean, well-organized, stocked and the employees helpful and friendly. I'm not a grocery store snob.

Walmart.com got all of our Christmas toy shopping this year because we saved a bundle of money compared to other retailers...including Amazon.

I'm not wealthy enough to be that picky about where I shop. If I can save $100 or $200, that's who gets my business.

I know people don't like the way Walmart operates, and neither do I. But, if Costco shoppers knew the underhanded things that their corporate office does, to coerce lower prices on merchandise, they wouldn't shop there either. In fact, over the past year or so, I don't like the tactics Amazon uses either, and I was a faithful Amazon shopper for more than a decade.

It's all about the dollar. And, the company that gets my business is the one who lets me keep the most dollars in my pocket, after my shopping is completed.
