The last 2 weeks, I've shopped in 3 grocery stores: none had TP but one had 4 rolls of No Name paper towels.

 

Over the weekend, I ordered a few items from walmart.com.  Yesterday I received a VERY LARGE package of TP.

I went to Wegmans today and they were stocked on meat which was empty the last time I went a week ago.  They did have toilet paper and paper towels.  They still didn't have Lysol wipes or spray.  My mother in law need liquid cascade for her dishwasher and I went to three stores and not one place had it.  They had the packs but her dishwasher doesn't take the packs.

That is what I did but from Costco.com and received Costco-sized packages of toilet paper delivered to my front porch.
