When you lose a pet, and then later get another one, do you look for something just like the one you had before, or a complete change?
I like a complete change. My previous cat was a big, male, blue Maine Coon. Now I have a little orange girl moggy.
I think DH would keep getting the same kind every time, but then he eats the same cereal every day of his life, he likes sameness and I like variety.
