I subscribed to the Magnolia journal magazine in April.  They cashed my check with 2 weeks.  I  am still waiting for my first issue. I called customer service 3 times already.  They told me the magazine was " undeliverable" I am guessing they put the wrong address on the mailing label. Every time I called customer service they told me they were sending me a new one. I verified my address 3 times.  My daughter told me that on Facebook people were complaining.  My husband keeps telling me to get a refund.  Anybody else having the same problem?  They told me I should get something by the 19th but my patience is running thin.

I ordered, got bill, but no magazine.  I am going to write "cancel" on the bill and send it back.  Really too bad, it looked like a nice magazine.  Thanks for the heads up.

FYI - I ordered InStyle from Publishers Clearing House.  I got the bill, mailed it in, and had my first magazine like two days later.  It was really inexpensive - $10/yr.  I think I will be ordering my magazines from them from now on.

@QVCFanfromLongIsland

Since its a quarterly publication perhaps the next issue won't be sent out until the Summer publication is available---it says on their website to order before April to get the Spring issue.

From the website---

The Magnolia Journal is a quarterly magazine by Chip and Joanna Gaines containing inspiration for life and home. Useful as a resource and a guide to living well, The Magnolia Journal contains stories, recipes, tips, and useful information you will refer back to again and again. If you purchase the subscription before April 2017, you will receive the Spring 2017 as your first Issue.

In response to the fact the magazine is a periodical. I gave my daughter the subscription for a birthday present in May and within 2 weeks she received an issue.I wish I had the same luck.  I see a cancellation coming soon.

This is terrible customer service. Maybe the Better Business Bureau could help.
